Let AI do the repetitive marketing work. Keep the judgment human.
Most small businesses are running marketing by hand — writing every email from scratch, manually posting to social media, pulling reports out of spreadsheets. AI can handle most of that. We build the systems, train them on your business, and either hand them off or run them for you.
What “AI marketing automation” actually means for a small business
The term gets used loosely. In practice, for a winery or a vacation rental or a Main Street business, AI automation means a few specific things: a content pipeline that drafts posts and emails based on your calendar and inventory, a reporting setup that pulls your key numbers together without manual effort, and workflows that handle the routine follow-up your team doesn’t have time for.
None of this requires a technical background or an enterprise software budget. The tools we use — Claude for content and strategy, n8n or Make for workflow automation, plus the tools you probably already have for email and analytics — are inexpensive or free. What takes expertise is knowing how to connect them and calibrate them to your specific business.
This is not fully autonomous marketing. AI does not replace the decisions about what your business stands for, what offers make sense this season, or how to respond when a guest has a bad experience. It handles the execution work so those decisions get more attention.
What we build
Content pipeline
A system that takes your upcoming events, releases, seasonal moments, and inventory and turns them into first drafts — email newsletters, social captions, blog post outlines, Google Business Profile updates. The output is a draft, not a publish. Someone still reviews and edits before anything goes live. But instead of starting from a blank page every week, you start with something already 70 percent of the way there.
Email and CRM automation
Welcome sequences for new wine club members or email list signups, triggered follow-ups after tasting room visits, seasonal cadences that go out without manual scheduling. Built in Mailchimp or Klaviyo depending on what you already use. If you don’t have an email platform set up, we handle that too.
Google Business Profile management
GBP updates are one of the highest-ROI local marketing tasks and one of the most neglected. A properly maintained profile — current hours, fresh photos, active posts, answered questions — directly affects how often your business appears in local search and AI-generated answers. We build a workflow that keeps it current without requiring weekly manual effort.
Reporting and measurement
A lightweight monthly dashboard that pulls your key numbers together: tasting room visitor counts, new wine club members, email open and click rates, website traffic, and search visibility trends. Built in a format you can actually read, reviewed on a regular cadence, used to make decisions. Not a report that sits in a folder.
Two ways to work
Some clients want the system built and handed off. They want to understand how it works, take ownership of it, and run it themselves going forward. That is a setup project with a clear endpoint.
Other clients want the system built and maintained. They want the output — the drafts, the emails, the reports — without managing the underlying tools. That is an ongoing retainer.
Both are available. The right choice depends on your team’s capacity and interest. We help you figure out which makes sense during the discovery conversation.
The tool stack
We build on tools that are low-cost, well-supported, and practical for small businesses. Nothing that requires an enterprise contract or a dedicated IT staff to maintain. The core stack: Claude for content and strategy work, n8n or Make for automation and workflow logic, Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console for traffic and search measurement, Mailchimp or Klaviyo for email, Canva for visual content, and Google Business Profile for local search management. If you already use some of these, we work with what you have.
